You should only send your child to school
if you have to, because your work is
critical to our COVID-19 response.

If you are able to keep your child at home, you should.

Teegan is at it again!

Teegan, one of our year 7 students, has been very busy recently on the athletics track. As well as representing the Dukeries in the area cross-country championships, she has been collecting medals for her athletics club, Worksop Harriers.

Having trained with the Harriers, as well as in her own time, since she was 8-years-old, Teegan has consistently performed to a very high level. Most recently, at a Youth Development League event in Grantham, she finished 2nd in the 75m sprint, 1st in the 75m hurdles and 1st in the high jump – clearing a fantastic 1.35m.

Teegan is setting a superb example for her friends and peers with her hard work, dedication and resilience in the sporting arena. We are proud to say the same dedication is evident in her school work.

One of Teegan’s idols is Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill. Here’s hoping Teegan can bring a “gold postbox” to Edwinstowe in the future!
